Job summary

UST seeks a Senior BI Developer to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based BI applications. You will craft scalable, interactive dashboards and predictive data experiences using AI-powered tools, collaborating with Data and Analytics teams to translate business needs into insights deployments.

Responsibilities include building cost-effective, reliable systems, assessing existing implementations, and guiding automation initiatives. Strong communication and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
• At least 6 years of hands-on BI development, with a minimum of 4 years focused on TIBCO Spotfire.
• A minimum of 2 years of Java development experience, including SpringBoot, testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
• Possession of Google certifications is required.
• Nice to have: AWS experience and familiarity with AI-driven dashboards like Looker/Tableau.

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Optimize dashboards and SQL queries for high performance and scalability.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and large data volumes.

You would be required to identify optimal solutions, build scalable and efficient cloud-native applications. The individual in this position will be responsible for the implementation and support of BI solutions to creating intelligent, interactive, and predictive data experiences using AI-Powered tools & platforms. The candidate will be expected to work closely with Data and Analytics users to understand business requirements for insights deployment. What you ll do Develop strategies for a cost-effective delivery of reliable and scalable systems. Assess existing implementations, identify gaps and suggest improvements. Analyze existing application and IT services portfolios, develop assets migration, transformation and automation approach, craft implementation roadmaps. Communicate ideas clearly in written and diagram form. Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members.
