Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance service by monitoring Level 2 escalations of networks, servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile device management products.
• Track and devise solutions based on root cause analysis of major incidents.
• Draft standard operating procedures for management of 5,000+ assets & accessories.
• Maintain Office 365 users.
• Check compliance and maintain agreed SLA.
• Maintain Link status and involve in Major Incident till resolution.
• Plan resources, conduct technical interviews, schedule training, manage performance, and onboard resources as per budget.
• Conduct physical inventory audits of IT assets to identify deviations/discrepancies in stock levels, and prepare forecasts for long-term procurement.
• Curate MIS reports for presentation to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Participate in hiring, headcount approval, job posting, interviewing, selection, and employee onboarding activities.
• Improve service level efficiency by logging, prioritizing, and driving incidents/service requests to closure within the timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of physical assets, including tools/test equipment.
• Provide strategic advice on service expansion activities to senior management via cost-benefit analyses and compelling presentations/reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
