Job Description
Hands-on experience in installation, configuration of software and hardware, and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of Operating Systems Win7 and Win10.
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for MS Office, Outlook, and Office 365.
First-level installation support for network, video conference setup, projector, etc.
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners; installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of antivirus software (e.g., McAfee, Seqrite).
Knowledge of servers like DHCP Server and Active Directory is an added advantage.
Providing resolution to end-user incidents and service requests.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Escalate to stakeholders for delays in ticket resolution.
Monitor assigned tickets until resolution.
Timely updates to the service desk on the status of tickets.
Escalate to respective stakeholders on deviations from SLA due to dependencies.
