HealthNet in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide assessment, crisis intervention and therapy to children, adolescents and families. Role emphasizes fidelity to evidence-based practices and collaboration with the treatment team.
Responsibilities include creating diagnostic summaries, updating care plans, and connecting clients with community resources while maintaining compliant documentation in the EHR. Master’s level licensure is required and bilingual skills are a plus.
SIGN ON BONUS INCLUDED Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or LCAC) provides assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning and other mental health services to assigned patients. Licensed therapist provides individual and family therapy utilizing Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) to meet the needs of the patient. The licensed therapist delivers treatment to fidelity of therapeutic interventions and treatment models specific to the population served, including but not limited to individual, and family services, specializing in work with children and adolescents.
Role located at Specialty Care Center and Southwest Health Center
