Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Supervisor. The IT Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, team leadership, and team management for all technology-related matters in the Greenwood Hotels & Resorts located in Guwahati.

Qualifications

1. Expertise in Information Technology, including networking, software and hardware troubleshooting, cloud-based computing, and server management
2. Experience in providing technical support services to end users and guests, ideally in the hospitality industry
3. Team leadership and management skills, including leading a team of IT professionals on complex projects and delegating tasks
4. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
6. Excellent communication and analytical skills
7. Experience with hotel management software and systems
8. Experience with virtualization and/or cloud computing
