• Teach English per prescribed curriculum and develop reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Prepare effective lesson plans, assessments, and teaching resources.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and classroom management.
• Foster 21st-century skills including critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and resilience.
• Manage student behaviour and demonstrate time management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Promote acceptance, inclusivity, and a positive classroom environment.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and co-curricular programs.
