• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, activities/events, and assessments.
• Curriculum Execution: Design annual syllabus in accordance with CBSE guidelines to achieve target-oriented learning outcomes.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using practical and modern teaching techniques.
• Student Discipline & Mentorship: Maintain classroom discipline, offer remedial guidance to weak students, and mentor students for holistic development.
• Co-Curricular & Administrative Duties: Coordinate school events, exhibitions, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, board exam invigilation, and perform other duties assigned by the management from line to line.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, activities/events, and assessments.
• Curriculum Execution: Design annual syllabus in accordance with CBSE guidelines to achieve target-oriented learning outcomes.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using practical and modern teaching techniques.
• Student Discipline & Mentorship: Maintain classroom discipline, offer remedial guidance to weak students, and mentor students for holistic development.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature as a main subject in all 3 years with at least 50% marks OR 4-Year Integrated Degree Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in English with at least 50% marks.
• Teaching Credential: B.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution Desirable: Excellent command over spoken and written English, experience with communicative language teaching, and training students for debate and declamation competitions and CTET Paper-II qualified
