• Previous experience teaching Art & Craft at school level, with the ability to manage classrooms and adapt methods to different learning styles.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills, along with the ability to inspire creativity and maintain a safe, inclusive studio environment.
• Proficiency in planning lessons, assessing student progress, and using basic digital tools for presentations or visual references.
