Job summary

Silverline Prestige School is seeking a skilled TGT with 3–5 years of experience in progressive schools. You will drive academic mastery, manage workload effectively and implement NEP2020 aligned pedagogy with a focus on student-centric learning.

You will collaborate with the leadership team for monthly reviews, drive professional development within the department and help shape innovative teaching practices across the ground level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as TGT in progressive schools.
• Competent in academic mastery, administrative command and professional development of self and team.
• Implementation of NEP2020, skills and competencies in the teaching-learning process.
• Promoting academic excellence through progressive pedagogical practices aligned with NEP2020 & NCF.
• Aligning self with progressive pedagogical practices, tools and technologies.
• Establishing systems, processes and policies and orienting team for adherence.
• Promoting independent and team research work.
• Collaborating with leadership for monthly review and strategic planning.
• Helping team in their professional development.
