Responsibilities:

1. Manage IT, Computer systems & UPS
2. Ensure and monitor data security, network access, and backup systems
3. Hardware Network Troubleshooting
4. Conduct Regular System Audits
5. Manage E-mail, Spam & Virus Protection
6. Manage organization’s Helpdesk (internal, external, or both)
7. Configuration of Firewalls
8. Client and Stakeholder management
9. Veeam backup & replication
10. Install, configure, and manage SYNOLOGY storage
11. Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
12. Monitor and report progress
13. Internal & External Support (Server Status)
