Diva Exports is seeking a fashion design professional to research trends, analyze mood boards, and decide suitable materials and colors for collections. You will coordinate with merchandisers, prepare CADs for approvals, and maintain organized design files and daily submission records.

The role requires strong communication, visualization, and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience researching trends, customer preferences, styling, and price points.
• Ability to analyze mood boards to select materials, motifs, and colors.
• Coordinate with merchandisers and ensure alignment with inputs.
• Prepare CADs for approvals and sampling.
• Maintain organized design files and daily submission records.
• Address design queries from merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and clients.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct research on trends, customer preferences, styling, and price points; analyze mood boards to decide suitable materials, motifs, and colors
• Understand merchandising requirements and buyer inputs.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment with buyer and merchandising inputs
• Prepare, review, and revise CADs for approvals and sampling
• Coordinate with merchandisers on buyer feedback, finalize production-ready designs, and maintain organized design files and daily submission records
• Address design-related queries from merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and clients, providing technical clarity as needed
• Collaboration with team and clients

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop software
