Job description

Responsibilities:

1. V-Center and VM server utilization monitoring
2. Storage utilization monitoring
3. Active Directory maintenance and user creation
4. Monitoring the cloud backup schedule
5. Cross-checking cloud backup reports with respective departments
6. PRI & NEC tech support
7. Folder rights assignment with disk quota
8. Support ticket management
9. Coordinating with external vendors regarding quotes and new purchases
10. Onsite and remote support
11. CRM/ERP/EMAIL/SKYPE/BITRIX credential creation and system allocation including accessories
12. Gmail security management
13. Ensuring server, network, CCTV administration, and downtime maintenance
14. Ensuring updated IT policies and SOPs are in place
15. Cost management on hardware and software
16. Maintenance of asset inventory
