Overview

Title: Test Head / Lead for a UK based IT Co., Pune

Role: Test Lead

Location: Pune, Magarpatta City

Experience: 5 years

Educational qualification: BCS/MCS/BE/B.Tech./BSc./MSc.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a high-level test automation plan, analyze requirement specifications/manual test cases, and provide estimations.
• Manage a 2-4 member team. Schedule tasks and coordinate with the team to achieve the desired output.
• Be self-sufficient to run the project end to end if required.
• Hands-on with Selenium.
• Coordinate with Lead/Manager and other teams for direction, planning, and project updates.
• Plan and execute regression testing.
• Prepare regression plan (estimation, schedule, scope, assumptions, etc.).
• Execute automated regression suite in the Test Environment for each release.
• Review and analyze test results to identify and communicate discrepancies.
• Diagnose automation test script issues and fix promptly to ensure automation completion.
• Document and track issues requiring development intervention and follow through to resolution.
• Integrate available ad hoc testing into the automation environment.
• Prepare detailed regression execution summary report.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Test Automation using Keyword Driven and Hybrid Frameworks.

• Excellent communication and coordination with counterparts and team.
