Job summary

Hitachi Energy India Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Entry Professional (P1) to support manufacturing production testing activities. The role involves planning and executing test activities, coordinating internal and external testing, and ensuring equipment readiness and measurement accuracy.

You will document results and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes. You will work under close supervision, handling regular maintenance of test gear and supporting certification

Qualifications

• Experience with testing LV, MV and HV capacitors and validating test results.
• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to electrical testing is required.
• Daily management experience at Tier-1/Tier-2 levels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test activities with defined plans, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate and monitor internal/external testing ensuring quality, progress and budget alignment.
• Perform tests independently and document results for root cause investigations.
