What you will do
In this role, you will be part of the Commissioning Engineer Team for Fire Alarm System.
How you will do it
- Render commissioning for Fire Alarm System.
- Have strong domain knowledge of Fire Alarm (Simplex, Edwards, Notifier, etc.)
- FAS commissioning and programming for Simplex Panels, certification would be an added advantage.
- Configure the FAS graphics implementation and documentation.
- Ensure quality assurance and defect‑free hardware and software package delivery.
- Adhere to all processes and guidelines to execute the project within the timeline.
- Test equipment on site.
- Demonstrate adherence to operational process requirements to drive efficiency.
- Maintain assigned KPIs and own to meet them.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by completing work on time.
- Maintain relationships with key influencers / decision‑makers with customer organizations to obtain certifications on work done.
- Coordinate with other vendors for interface; coordinate with architects, clients and contractors at various stages of the project.
- Manage a team of site engineers & technicians working under and supporting on technical aspects to resolve customer queries/issues at sites.
What we look for
- ME/BE/Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication).
- 5-8 years’ experience in Fire Alarm commissioning.
- Knowledge of NFPA 72, IBC & relevant codes & standards.
- Other system design and commissioning experience is an added advantage.
- Time‑bound delivery of project deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with detail as well as with general assignments.
- Professional, results‑oriented individual with a high degree of self‑motivation.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
