Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Test Management and Test Planning activities.
Define test strategy, scope, schedules, and quality gates.
Drive BAT/UAT testing and release validation.
Support Regression, Integration, System, and Acceptance Testing cycles.
Ensure delivery readiness and release quality governance.
Own the defect lifecycle: triage, prioritize, track, and verify resolution.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Develop Python-based automation to improve testing efficiency.

We are looking for a Test Management & Quality Assurance Engineer who can take ownership of Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Stakeholder Communication for automotive after-sales diagnostic solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating testing activities, driving business acceptance testing, managing defects to closure, and ensuring high-quality releases while supporting automation through Python scripting.

Test Management & Quality Assurance

Lead end-to-end Test Management and Test Planning activities.
Define test strategy, scope, schedules, and quality gates.
Drive Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) and release validation.
Support Regression, Integration, System, and Acceptance Testing cycles.
Ensure delivery readiness and release quality governance.

Own the complete defect lifecycle including:

Defect triage and analysis
Prioritization and severity assessment
Defect tracking and reporting
Resolution follow-up and closure verification
Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics.
Provide regular status updates to business and technical stakeholders.
Facilitate testing reviews and release sign-offs.

Validate and support solutions related to:

Vehicle Communication
Test Infrastructure Management
Automotive After-Sales Diagnostic Systems
Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and System Teams.
Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
