Job summary

Indium Software in Hyderabad is seeking a Testing Lead to join immediately. The role requires 8–10 years of testing leadership, hands-on expertise in STLC/SDLC, and strong bug lifecycle management. You will drive quality through audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams, using Jira and T3 for tracking.

This full-time, WFO position with rotational shifts demands quick learning, strong communication, and ability to mentor junior testers while delivering quality releases.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in STLC and SDLC.
• Strong knowledge of bug lifecycle and production bug management.
• Experience performing quality audits of bug inflows and knowledge bases.
• Hands-on with Jira and T3 for tracking.
• Ability to learn quickly and think exploratorily.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Testing Methodologies: Deep expertise in STLC and SDLC.
• Production Bug Management: Should have a good knowledge of the various types of tickets, such as feature requests, bugs, and the key states of the bug and its lifecycle.
• Quality Auditing: Experience performing technical audits of bug inflows and knowledge bases to maintain high accuracy standards.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Jira and T3 for tracking.
• Quick Learner: Should be a quick learner and have an exploratory mindset.
• Exploratory Testing: Should know how to break the application and conduct exploratory testing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite (Excel/Docs/Spreadsheets/Slides).
