Job summary

Enterprise Bot GmbH in India is seeking a QA Tester to join our AI testing team. You will perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our GenAI and automation software, and help improve testing processes.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on testing experience with Selenium and API testing tools, plus familiarity with SDLC/STLC, CI/CD pipelines, and JIRA. You will collaborate with developers in an agile setup to deliver robust software.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on testing experience with manual testing and automated testing tools (Selenium).
• Experience writing and executing test plans and test cases across SDLC/STLC.
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA and SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• Participate in reviews of automated and manual tests and drive automation coverage to minimize manual testing.
• Assist team members in troubleshooting root causes of complex customer issues and implementation-related problems.
• Contribute to system test methodologies, test plans, and effective test automation by creating and executing automated system tests.
• Have extensive experience with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, manual and automation testing.

Tasks

• Participate in reviews of automated and manual tests and has the drive to enhance automation coverage thereby minimizing manual testing

Requirements

• Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC
• Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and executing both manual and automated tests.
