Job summary

Qualifications

• Core Networking: Proven experience configuring and testing network topologies containing core routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing appliances.
• Protocols: Comprehensive working knowledge of network protocols such as BGP, BFD/BFG, OSPF, and static routing architectures.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to sustain deep technical interactions with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Test Strategy Documentation: Document milestones including Test Scoping, Test Estimations, Test Strategies, Test Plans, Detailed Test Scripts, DSRs, and Test Completion Reports.
• Network Testing Execution: Lead and conduct hands-on network testing across switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Test Management Tracking: Use Jira and HPQC to track bugs, manage test cases, and log execution progress.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Use network management systems to observe, benchmark, and report network stability during tests.
• Customer Collaboration: Act as a core technical contact during project updates with customers.
• Operational Flexibility: Handle data center deployments and hardware configurations on short notice, including weekends.
