Job summary

Qualitrol is seeking a Test Chapter Lead in Bengaluru to act as the technical authority for quality engineering across software, firmware, and hardware products.

You will define testing strategies, build scalable automation frameworks, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end verification while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and release quality in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, CS, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experience in software, firmware, and hardware testing.
• Minimum 3 years in Test Lead/Architect roles.
• Strong experience in test automation frameworks and QA practices.
• Hands-on end-to-end testing experience on complex products.

The role is responsible for defining testing strategies, driving quality standards, establishing scalable automation frameworks, and leading end-to-end verification activities for software, firmware, and hardware products.As a technical leader, the Test Chapter Lead will mentor test engineers, guide engineering teams on quality best practices, and ensure successful delivery of complex product development initiatives.
