Job summary

Qualitrol, part of Ralliant, seeks a Director of Software-Enabled Enterprise Services in Bengaluru North, Karnataka. You will lead the software services delivery, drive consistency and disciplined execution, manage Product Owners, Architects, Test Engineers, and Developers using Agile/Scrum, and align with Ralliant’s operating rhythm.

You will scale AI-enabled development workflows, own portfolio planning, and partner with architecture to deliver interoperable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in professional software development.
• Working knowledge of IoT system development lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of Data Analytics SaaS models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualitrol’s software-enabled enterprise services delivery with Agile/Scrum.
• Manage Product Owners, Architects, Test Engineers, and Software Developers.
• Improve methods such as AI-assisted delivery, CI, TDD, and problem solving.
• Partner across global teams to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
• Hire and develop talent to deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes.
