MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking a Test Automation Lead to define and execute the automation strategy across the SDLC, crafting scalable frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines. You will mentor the automation team, collaborate with developers and analysts, and drive AI-enabled testing to improve quality and speed of delivery.
The role requires 10–12 years in automation testing with at least 5 years in a lead position, hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, REST/SOAP
This is an important role in developing automation frameworks, creating test automation strategies and delivery of test strategy.
The purpose of this role is to implement the cutting-edge automation techniques to meet the organisation goals of quality engineering throughout the SDLC. Additionally, the test automation lead provides application architecture expertise to craft the automation framework and work towards continuous improvement in the test automation. A Test Automation Lead is a senior role that oversees the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts.
