Job summary

Accenture in Hyderabad seeks a Test Automation Lead to transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. You will drive adoption of automation, quality processes, and innovative testing products to raise control, accuracy, and integrity across projects.

You will lead SME initiatives, mentor the team, collaborate with multiple groups, and shape testing strategies with CI/CD, Agile practices, and future-ready automation across ServiceNow HRSD platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HRSM/HRS).
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for testing strategies and decisions.

Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in testing environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
