The role requires strong SAP FPSL configuration, S/4HANA Finance expertise, and a 15 years full-time education

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Experience with FPSL configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI/CO, and Universal Journal.
• Exposure to banking or insurance SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of data migration and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in interfaces with SAP BW, SLT, CPI/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP FPSL solutions for financial reporting and subledger accounting.
• Configure and maintain FPSL functionalities including rules, posting logic, and data processing.
• Integrate FPSL with SAP S/4HANA Finance, General Ledger, BW, and other upstream/downstream apps.
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
• Support IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 reporting requirements where applicable.
• Perform impact/root-cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation including design specs and KT docs.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP FPSL configuration and support.

• Experience with accounting principles, financial instruments, and subledger processing.
• Knowledge of SAP Banking or Insurance solutions.
• Experience on Credit solutions like BS9 and Learning knowledge of ABAP as well
• Understanding of data migration and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in interfaces with SAP BW, SLT, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, or APIs.
• Exposure to SAP HANA and CDS Views is an advantage.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
