As a ServiceNow Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. Professional & Technical Skills:

• Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages used in test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.
