Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Developer/ Tester.
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using relevant automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
