Pi Square Technologies is seeking a Test Automation Architect to lead enterprise‑level automation strategy and implementation across multiple platforms. The role emphasizes API and microservices testing, framework design, and strong CI/CD experience.

The candidate should drive Agile/DevOps adoption, lead automation governance, and shape AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives aligned with business goals. Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore with immediate to 30‑day notice preferred.

Role: Test Automation Architect

Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore

Must have skills which are non-negotiable

• Strong experience in QA Automation Architecture.
• API and Microservices testing using Rest Assured and Postman.
• Automation framework design and implementation.
• CI/CD knowledge and hands‑on experience.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket.
• BDD/TDD implementation using Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.
• Ability to design, automate, execute, and maintain automated test suites.
• Define AI strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design and architect AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud‑native technologies.
• Lead the development of AI‑powered applications, intelligent automation platforms, and conversational AI solutions.
• Architect solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Establish AI governance, security, scalability, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise‑level or large program‑level test automation strategy.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured API, Playwright.
• Review existing automation models/frameworks and recommend improvements.
• Define automation execution models for projects and programs.
• Lead preparation of automation solutions, test strategies, test plans, and execution approaches for large‑scale enterprises.
• Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and Shift‑Left testing practices.
• Lead automation implementation and governance across programs.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• Strong experience in QA Automation Architecture.
• API and Microservices testing using Rest Assured and Postman.
• Automation framework design and implementation.
• CI/CD knowledge and hands‑on experience.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket.
• BDD/TDD implementation using Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright‑BDD.
