• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect‑tracking tools
• Work closely with developers and product teams to clarify issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and performance checks as needed
• Collaborate in sprint planning and contribute to improving overall testing processes
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to test coverage and QA workflows
• Ensure all test results and findings are well‑documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Validate product readiness before release and ensure compliance with defined quality standards
