We’re hiring talented DevOps Engineers passionate about using software-based approaches to solve complex infrastructure challenges and automate solutions. You will work with a world-class engineering team to design and build next-generation microservices-based enterprise cloud platforms using the latest cloud technologies. Responsibilities include architecture, design, automation, and building our cloud CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, strong communication, collaboration, and technical skills are essential.

If you love solving problems at scale, writing scalable, reliable software to automate CI/CD and infrastructure, and are a deep technical troubleshooter, then this role is for you!

As a Solution Architect with us, you will:

• Lead solution engineering activities such as technical discovery, demos, proof of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation of technical decisions; managing multiple opportunities in parallel.
• Develop the region, lead go-to-market strategies, and envision customers and partners' digital growth across industries.
• Translate technical concepts into business benefits for management and executives.
• Act as a liaison, capturing feedback from the field to relay back to the Product Management team.
• Support demand generation through industry trade-shows and account-based marketing events.
• Mentor other pre-sales team members and share best practices.

Key Skills Desired

• At least 4+ years’ experience as a DBA in open-source databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred).
• Experience sizing database infrastructure on cloud based on customer estate.
• Migration experience, performance metrics, benchmarks, comparisons.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments.
• Experience migrating databases to cloud, AWS RDS or similar DBaaS is a plus.
• At least 4+ years’ experience in pre-sales/solution architecture.

Professional Attributes

• Customer-facing engagement experience.
• Ability to create technical content like blogs and white papers is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow in a startup environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to leaving a lasting impact.
• Experience in SaaS organizations is a plus.

Experience & Education

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• BSc/BS or MSc/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
