• Fluent in English and Bengali; strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the North Bengal territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with department officials, builders, and contractors.
• Present and promote Legrand’s product portfolio to key decision‑makers.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, quotations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to senior management.

Based in Siliguri, you will cultivate relationships with government departments, builders and contractors, promote Legrand’s electrical and digital solutions, and achieve revenue targets for the Project Sales division.
