Job description

XPEL India Private Limited, a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings, and commercial/residential flat glass film.

Summary

XPEL is seeking a Territory Manager to increase our sales and market share in all segments. This person will be responsible for overall sales of XPEL products in their assigned territory. The automotive market encompasses the automotive aftermarket, including window tint installers, body shops, franchises, and independent professional installers as well as new car dealerships. The building and construction market includes architects, engineers, window tint companies and other energy efficiency and related industries.

Core Duties

  • Drive sales within the assigned territory, demonstrating a dedicated focus on meeting or exceeding growth objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor and analyze customer product usage, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and maximize revenue.
  • Manage and develop business relationships, providing regular management summary reports as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels, including email, phone, -o online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct individual market analysis to develop and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies.
  • Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client onboarding and integration.
  • Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for growth by going outbound and creating strategic initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates through participation in internal educational training, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, and proven sales track record
  • Proactive, highly motivated and organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Make appropriate judgments, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
