Job summary

TakshGroup in Gujarat seeks a skilled Tender Executive for industrial construction projects. You will manage complete tendering activities, including estimation, BOQ preparation, and bid submission for factories, warehouses, and plants.

You will collaborate with project, estimation, and procurement teams, track deadlines, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and maintain tender documentation. Prior experience in industrial contracting is preferred.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in industrial projects (factories, warehouses, plants) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, costing and tendering process.

Responsibilities

• RFQ/Pre-qualification submissions and tender responses.
• Study tender documents, drawings, and specs.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
• Handle online and offline tender submissions (Govt & Private).
• Coordinate with project, estimation and procurement teams.
• Track tender deadlines, submissions and follow-ups.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain tender records and documentation.
• Assist in contract review and negotiation support.
• Submit sub vendor PQ & Records.
