Job summary

HCLTech in Chennai seeks a Product Specialist focused on Temenos T24/Transact to lead testing across large private banking projects. You will mentor teams for functional, regression, automation, and NFR testing while shaping test plans and driving quality through complex T24 configurations.

• Strong collaboration with BA/Dev teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive risk identification and issue escalation with recommended solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation and customization of Temenos T24/Transact solutions based on client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Temenos T24/Transact.
• Take a lead role in local T24 testing capabilities and trains junior tester.
• Analysis of business and technical requirements to create the required local development.
• Assist in Data migration and related activities.
• Identify, define and coordinate any development activities that may occur during the implementation of TEMENOS products, such as additional specific functionality, interfacing to external systems or conversion programs to be built.
• Install custom enhancements and validate technical setup and conduct necessary testing to ensure user acceptance and global quality of the solution delivered.
• Provide clear and concise technical documentation.
• Conduct end user technical training as necessary.
• Coordinate with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems identified are understood and resolved.
• Cooperation with the functional lead and Technical Lead in defining specifications support in testing, customization and parameterization.
• Participation in the development of banking modules.
• Programming of new routines, edit existing ones, optimization and improvement of existing solutions.
• Designs, prepares and executes unit tests.
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks. Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
• Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions.

123434 -E3.1As a Product Specialist specializing in Temenos T24/Transact, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the utilization of the Temenos T24/Transact software within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless integration, customization, and functionality of T24/Transact to meet business requirements.

Key Features

Functional / Technical

• Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain.
• Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
• Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan.
• Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
• Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
• Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
• Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions)
