Job summary

Tecnoprism Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Temenos T24 (Transact) Model Bank in Chennai. You will shape end-to-end technical solutions, define integration frameworks, and lead delivery across COB/EOD, deployments, and production support.

Strong focus on architecture, APIs, and enterprise middleware. You will mentor teams, craft TSD/IDD artifacts, and ensure adherence to Temenos standards while coordinating with Digital Banking and regulatory interfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Temenos T24/Transact technical experience.
• Strong leadership of technical teams in Core Banking projects.
• Experience in Model Bank deployments and large-scale implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and prepare detailed TSDs.
• Design end-to-end Temenos solutions aligned with Model Bank.
• Define integration architecture between T24 and external systems.
• Lead development, code reviews, deployments, and production support.
• Maintain TSDs, IDDs, data mappings and API specs.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & Solution Design

• Review business and functional requirements and prepare detailed Technical Specification Documents (TSDs).
• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with Temenos Model Bank architecture.
• Define integration architecture between T24 and external systems.
• Provide technical impact assessments and effort estimations.
• Ensure compliance with Temenos development and architecture standards.
• Translate Business Requirements, BRDs, FSDs, and Solution Design Documents into detailed Technical Specifications and scalable T24 solutions.

• Provide deep expertise in Temenos Transact Architecture, TAFJ, Integration Framework, COB/EOD processing, and Release Management.
