Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Specialist to join our Lucknow team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their hearing care needs, and promoting our premium hearing aid solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers.
  • Clearly explain products, services, and offers (Signia, Phonak, ReSound, Widex, etc.).
  • Build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  • Schedule clinic visits and follow up to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales/inside sales (healthcare, medical devices, or hearing aids preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi & English.
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
