We’re Hiring: Telesales Representative cum Office Admin – Kozhikode

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join our team at our upcoming Smart Home Experience Center in Kozhikode.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll play a key part in connecting with potential customers, coordinating with our field sales team, and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling. Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Calling and engaging with new leads
• Following up on existing inquiries
• Coordinating with field executives to set up product demonstrations
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring a great experience throughout the sales process
