Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Telesales Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

Full-time remote position with emphasis on outbound calls, live transfers, and meeting targets. Three+ years of telesales experience and strong English communication are preferred. Requires reliable setup and the ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of telesales, outbound sales, call-centre sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or live-transfer experience.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Ability to stay calm when consumers are impatient or upset.
• Strong listening skills and adjusting responses on a call.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Telesales Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

Full-Time Remote Position

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain attention and establish the purpose of the call quickly.
• Ask required qualification questions.
• Listen to the consumer and respond to their concerns.
• Handle rejection, distrust, time objections, and hesitation.
• Explain why speaking with the sales representative may be valuable.
• Ask qualified consumers to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving representative.
• Record accurate notes and call dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out requirements.
• Maintain call quality while working toward performance targets.

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications, or other consumer services.

Experience And Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

• Three or more years of telesales, outbound sales, call-centre sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or live-transfer experience.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.

• The ability to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or comparable dialer software is preferred.

Required Remote Setup

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet and professional calling environment.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to use a dialer, CRM, and campaign information simultaneously.

How Your Performance Will Be Measured

Performance will be evaluated through:

• Qualified and accepted live transfers.
• Hourly and daily calling results.
• Qualification accuracy.
• Objection-handling effectiveness.
• Call quality and professionalism.
• Accurate notes and dispositions.
• Schedule adherence and reliability.

The Right Fit

You should be comfortable speaking with consumers throughout the day and continuing to perform after frequent rejection.

The right candidate can remain professional, respond naturally to objections, and confidently ask qualified consumers to take the next step.

A perfect script is not required from the beginning. Strong communication fundamentals, resilience, and the ability to learn from coaching are essential.
