Job summary

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Telesales Representatives for a client that conducts high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will contact company-provided leads using an automatic dialer, qualify questions, handle objections, and encourage qualified consumers to speak with a sales representative. Your main goal is to generate qualified and accepted live transfers, not close final sales.

This is a full-time remote position with U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Qualifications

About The Role

Langford Staffing is recruiting experienced Telesales Representatives for a client that operates high-volume consumer outreach campaigns.

You will contact company-provided leads using an automatic dialer. During each conversation, you will introduce the campaign, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and encourage qualified consumers to speak with a sales representative.

You will not complete the final sale. Your primary goal is to generate qualified and accepted live transfers.

Campaigns may involve health benefits, insurance, telecommunications, or other consumer services.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain attention and establish the purpose of the call quickly.
• Ask required qualification questions.
• Listen to the consumer and respond to their concerns.
• Handle rejection, distrust, time objections, and hesitation.
• Explain why speaking with the sales representative may be valuable.
• Ask qualified consumers to complete an immediate live transfer.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving representative.
• Record accurate notes and call dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out requirements.
• Maintain call quality while working toward performance targets.

Experience And Skills

• Three or more years of telesales, outbound sales, call-centre sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or live-transfer experience.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, appointment, conversion, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• The ability to remain calm when consumers are impatient, skeptical, or upset.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust responses during a call.
• Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.
• The ability to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or comparable dialer software is preferred.

Required Remote Setup

• A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM.
• Dual monitors, including an external monitor of at least 22 inches.
• A wired USB noise-cancelling headset.
• A webcam.
• A quiet and professional calling environment.
• Wired internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Backup internet and power arrangements.
• The ability to use a dialer, CRM, and campaign information simultaneously.
