Job summary

Paisabazaar is hiring for a Domestic Insurance Sales role in Chennai. You will contact customers to promote insurance products, assess needs, and explain features. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, with immediate joiner requirements.

You will handle queries, maintain CRM records, and aim to meet monthly and quarterly targets while adhering to policies and regulations. Strong Tamil and English communication is essential.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Tamil & English is must
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
• Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
• Freshers and experience both can apply.

Minimum education: 12th Pass

Telesales Experienced candidates will be preferred.
