Job summary

State Street's Charles River Development team in Hyderabad seeks a Telemetry Analyst to own observability of QA environments in Azure. You will monitor health with Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Kibana and Grafana, validate deployments, and translate telemetry into actions to preempt issues before production.

You will investigate incidents, build dashboards, refine alerts, and collaborate with deployment engineering to ensure clean releases and stable performance in cloud-based infrastructures.

• Exposure to Kibana and Grafana monitoring tools in Cloud environments.

The Telemetry Analyst will own the day-to-day observability view of our end-to-end QA environments in Microsoft Azure Cloud.

This person will utilize Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Kibana, and Grafana to monitor application health, validate software deployments, identify early-warning signals, and translate telemetry into actionable recommendations that improve system stability before issues reach production.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with these tools and would have an active role in the operational support model. This candidate will directly investigate incidents and root cause indicators, or in close partnership with software deployment engineering using real-time telemetry to confirm releases are clean, stable, and performing as expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor End-to-End QA environment health across the platform including application, database, infrastructure, network, and cloud service layers.
• Use Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Kibana, and Grafana to correlate telemetry from multiple platforms, environments, and software versions
• Build, Refine and maintain telemetry dashboards, alerts, queries and operational views that surface meaningful trends, anomalies, capacity concerns, and deployment-related changes
• Partner with deployment engineering teams to validate and verify clean software releases using pre- and post-deployment telemetry
• Analyze logs, metrics, traces, events, and infrastructure signals to detect performance degradation, instability, error spikes, resource saturation and recurring failure patterns
• Support End-to-End operations teams by reviewing alerts, investigating incidents, documenting likely root cause and identifying escalation paths
• Produce concise operational summaries that explain environment health, open risks, recurring issues, and recommended remediation actions
• Improve monitoring quality by reducing noise, tuning alerts, defining useful thresholds, and identifying telemetry gaps
• Recommend and update operational runbook standards based on event causes and confirmed telemetry
• Research AI integration, escalation and reporting into telemetry metrics and aggregation

Technical Environment / Qualifications

• Proven Dynatrace knowledge, ideally operating in a production level environment
• Ability to create, update, and customize Dynatrace dashboards and reports
• Exposure to Kibana and Grafana monitoring and observability tools in Cloud environments
• Working knowledge of SolarWinds for database telemetry
