Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients/students.
  • Clearly explain services, programs, and offers in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
  • Follow up with leads on a timely basis to ensure conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries with patience and clarity.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service (education consultancy experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
  • Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport with clients.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Ability to work in UK shift timing (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
