Job summary

Daydream Recruiters is seeking a Telecom Technical Support Specialist (voice process) in IL/UP region to handle international voice support. UG & above with 1+ year of international voice experience is preferred, and candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and 5-day work weeks.

Excellent communication skills are essential to resolve customer queries efficiently. Training and placement support will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
