Skills

Job Description -

The Telecom- Lead Architect is a mix of architect and technical manager.

He will guide the development of the solutions picked up by the COE. The person will drive solution architecting for new solutions developed in the COE. As an architect, the COE Lead will direct the developers to build the solution. Continuously track the industry developments to enhance use cases, present new initiatives to the Telco business owners within the organization to get new funding.

Additionally, the person can choose to present the solutions to customers in various forums, present papers based on their research, potentially creating new IPs for RSI.

Skills Reqd:

• In depth understanding of at least one domain like RAN, Transport or Mobile Core (4G, 5G) with an understanding of the applicable 3GPP standards
• Experience of Open RAN and development of rApps / xApps
• Exposure to observability platforms and experience in integrating the same in their projects
• Understanding of AIOps in Networks is an added advantage
• Background of full stack design and development using any of the modern frameworks in Java, Python etc
• Hands-on experience of development and deployment of software using any CI/CD frameworks
• Use of cloud native services from any of the well-known hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) for integration, data management, analytics
