Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic change programmes and lifecycles to deliver outcomes with governance, risk, finances and resources.
• Define the programme with stakeholders, set objectives, structure and scope; articulate the financial business case.
• Contribute to a financial business case for the programme.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to deliver the programme.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across franchises and functions; influence decisions.
• Manage programme-level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies; understand impacts on other programmes.

What you'll do

• We’ll look to you to define and lead strategic change programmes, programme and project lifecycles to deliver sustainable business and customer outcomes, while making sure that all governance, risk, finances and resources are managed effectively.
• You’ll define the programme in partnership with stakeholders, defining appropriate objectives, structure and scope and lead the articulation of the financial business case for the programme.
• You’ll also: Contribute to a financial business case for the programme
• Work with the delivery teams to make sure that appropriate resources are assigned to deliver the programme
• Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decision making in line with business objectives
• Manage programme level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Understand the impacts other programmes may have and manages the dependencies

The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you’ll need to hold an appropriate programme management qualification such as MSP or Agile.

• You’ll also: Experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget successfully
• Experience of delivering strategic programmes that support the business strategy and its growth agenda
