Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an experienced DDI Engineer for its enterprise networks. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, using Micetro and Infoblox.

You will manage zones, automate configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with security and network teams. A strong background in DDI platforms and relevant certifications is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in large enterprise DDI implementations.
• Expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM platforms (Micetro and Infoblox).
• Experience with on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Certifications such as ICP, Infoblox DDI Expert, AWS/Azure, CCNA/CCNP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer enterprise DDI infrastructure using Micetro and Infoblox.
• Configure and maintain authoritative, Recursive DNS, DHCP services and IPAM.
• Handle DNS zone creation, delegation, forward/reverse lookup zones configurations.
• Migrate DNS zones between legacy and DDI platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS forwarding, Split DNS, Anycast concepts.
• Implement DHCP scopes, reservations, failover, and lease management.
• Manage IP address allocation, subnet planning, and IP utilization reporting.
• Monitor DNS/DHCP health, availability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot DNS resolution, replication, latency, and delegation issues.
• Support automation.
• Participate in incident management, RCA, and change mgmt.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced DDI Engineer with strong expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) platforms, specifically Men & Mice Micetro and Infoblox. The candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, automation, and operational support of enterprise DDI infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires deep understanding of enterprise DNS architecture, IPAM management, DNS security, DNS delegation, GSLB concepts, and integration with network/security platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
