Summary:
We are looking for an experienced DDI Engineer with strong expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) platforms, specifically Men & Mice Micetro and Infoblox. The candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, automation, and operational support of enterprise DDI infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires deep understanding of enterprise DNS architecture, IPAM management, DNS security, DNS delegation, GSLB concepts, and integration with network/security platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer enterprise DDI infrastructure using Micetro and Infoblox.
- Configure and maintain authoritative, Recursive DNS, DHCP services and IPAM solutions
- Handle DNS zone creation, delegation, forward/reverse lookup zones configurations.
- Perform onboarding and migration of DNS zones between legacy and DDI platforms.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS forwarding, Conditional forwarding, Split-horizon DNS, Anycast DNS concepts.
- Implement DHCP scopes, reservations, failover, and lease management.
- Manage IP address allocation, subnet planning, and IP utilization reporting.
- Monitor DNS/DHCP health, availability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot DNS resolution, replication, latency, and delegation issues.
- Support automation.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and change management activities.
- Create operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with security, network, and project teams for DNS requirements.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in large enterprise DDI implementation.
This position is based at our Bangaluru/Hyderabad office.
A 15-year full-time education is required.
