Description

The DDI Solution Presales Engineer will support the sales team by designing, demonstrating, and positioning DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions for enterprise and regulated environments. The role includes technical discovery, solution architecture, POCs, deployment, implementation. Migration and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Networking / DDI / DNS Security
• Strong TCP/IP and enterprise networking fundamentals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Technical Skills

• DHCP scope design, failover, and high availability
• IPAM subnet management, discovery, and lifecycle management
• Experience with Infoblox, Efficient IP, BlueCat, or Microsoft DNS
• Knowledge of DNSSEC, RPZ, DoH, DoT, DNS Views
• AD-integrated DNS environments
• Integration with cloud platforms (AWS Route 53, Azure DNS & others)
• Automation using REST APIs, Ansible, or Terraform
