Job summary

HuntingCube in India is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across the full product and project lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure governance, with a focus on value delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role spans Agile, Product Management, and traditional delivery practices to ensure technology deliverables are planned, governed, and delivered in a safe, predictable manner across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Strong project and product delivery skills within complex, matrix organisations.
• Experience working within both traditional and large-scale Agile frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the Agile mindset and scaled delivery models.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs and Agile teams.
• Knowledge of Agile metrics including Velocity, PI, Predictability, and Lead Time.
• Budgeting, financial forecasting, and governance familiarity.

Role Overview We are looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of technology outcomes across the full product and project lifecycle. The role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery plans, ensuring governance compliance, overseeing financials, and engaging with stakeholders across product, technology, and business functions. The Technology Delivery Lead will work across Agile, Product Management, and traditional project delivery practices to ensure technology deliverables are planned, governed, and delivered in a safe, predictable, and value-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT delivery across agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.


• Apply Agile, Product Management, and traditional delivery principles as appropriate to the delivery context.


• Plan, coordinate, and control delivery activities across teams, suppliers, and business functions.


• Manage delivery dependencies, risks, issues, and critical paths.


• Create and maintain delivery plans, product roadmaps, resource forecasts, budgets, success criteria, and milestone tracking.


• Ensure clear roles and responsibilities across Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architecture and Engineering teams, and business stakeholders within a matrix environment.


• Support and contribute to business case development in alignment with governance requirements and value delivery expectations.


• Manage financial forecasting and reporting, including benefits realisation and cost optimisation opportunities.


• Lead, motivate, and support project and product teams while promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.


• Ensure alignment with IT governance, change frameworks, and Agile and Product Portfolio/Program processes.


• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve performance, and enhance customer outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.


• Manage internal teams, external vendors, and third parties, ensuring obligations are met and value is delivered.


• Ensure delivery complies with agreed processes and standards and supports effective alignment between product, technology, and business stakeholders.


• Ensure change is effectively transitioned into operations.


• Proactively escalation risks, issues, and exceptions and ensure timely resolution through appropriate change control processes.


• Facilitate steering committees, Agile ceremonies, and delivery forums to maintain transparency and stakeholder alignment.


• Champion continuous improvement across IT Change and Product communities.


• Promote Agile metrics including velocity, predictability, and flow.

Project & Product Delivery

Strong project and product delivery skills within complex, matrix organisations. Proven experience delivering complex IT projects and/or product increments.

• Experience managing vendors and third parties.

Financial Management & Governance

Experience managing budgets, financials, and forecasts. Competence in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting. Understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organisational controls. Experience supporting business case development and benefits realisation.

Technical Awareness

Awareness of: Enterprise IT systems Integration Infrastructure Cloud Digital solutions Ability to engage with technical teams to understand constraints and propose workable solutions.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Previous experience in digital, integration, infrastructure, or application delivery. Familiarity with Workday, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
