Job Description

• Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in Employee Central, including its integration with other SuccessFactors modules and SAP on-premises HCM.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI to facilitate message exchange between sender and receiver.
• Configure and maintain the Employee Central system to meet organizational requirements.
• Developing value mappings using Groovy and integrating them into iFlow.
• Managing different data conversions such as JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
• Must have expertise in Message Mapping techniques (including defining UDFs), and XSLT mappings.
• Must have knowledge of CPI exception handling, error notification techniques, data persistence, and retry mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with various HR processes to create or manage data in the Employee Profile.
• Experience in monitoring the ExecutionManager Dashboard for middleware integrations.
• Should have knowledge of handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms.
• Review user requirements in detail, analyze them to identify necessary integrations, and implement solutions that support business needs.
• Develop efficient integration solutions aligned with business requirements within specified timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT service processes, methods, tools, and business procedures.
• Verify that necessary reviews and audits are performed for the solutions.
• Create best practices and propose continuous improvements.
• Must have experience working with Agile SCRUM teams and possess an agile mindset.
