Job summary

Blob Infotech Private Limited seeks a results-driven engineer to deploy AI agents and workflows for enterprise customers. The role translates business problems into scalable technical solutions and works with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the platform.

You will lead a small engineering team for customer deployments, balance hands-on development with management, track KPIs, support pilots, and shape best practices for enterprise AI deployments in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting.
• Business/Technology Consulting experience.
• Experience with LLMs, AI copilots, assistants, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of AI systems in production environments.
• Strong product and business thinking.
• Experience managing engineers or leading small teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
