Infotel IT Consulting seeks a seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant with deep SAP SD and MM experience. The role requires 12+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation across multiple projects, with strong business-process knowledge and optional ABAP exposure to support enhancements.

You will lead configuration efforts, gather requirements, and collaborate with ABAP developers on technical specifications and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong SD and MM hands-on work.
• End-to-end configuration and implementation across multiple projects/rollouts.
• Understanding of business processes in SD and MM including procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.
• ABAP knowledge is desirable for supporting enhancements and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support configuration and implementation of SAP SD and MM modules across projects.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs and configurations.
• Configure SD processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping) and MM processes (procure-to-pay, inventory, MRP).
• Collaborate with ABAP developers on technical specs for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF).
• Conduct end-to-end testing: unit, integration, and UAT support.
• Identify and resolve configuration gaps, process issues, and incidents.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and conduct end-user training.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong configuration and implementation expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of functional process knowledge and technical understanding, with desirable exposure to ABAP, to support end-to-end SAP implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support configuration and implementation of SAP SD and MM modules across projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
• Configure SD processes — order-to-cash, pricing, billing, credit management, shipping/delivery — and MM processes — procure-to-pay, inventory management, MRP, vendor management
• Work closely with ABAP developers to design and review technical specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF objects)
• Perform end-to-end testing including unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
• Identify and resolve configuration gaps, process issues, and production incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, PP, WM, etc.) to ensure seamless process integration
• Prepare functional/technical documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience, with strong hands‑on exposure to SD and MM modules
• Proven experience in end-to-end configuration and implementation of SD & MM across multiple projects/rollouts
• Strong understanding of business processes in sales, distribution, procurement, and inventory management
• Working knowledge of ABAP (debugging, reading code, providing functional specs for developments) — desirable
• Experience in integration touchpoints between SD/MM and other modules (FI/CO, WM, PP)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with client business teams

Good to Have

• Experience with S/4HANA SD & MM
• Exposure to LSMW/BODS or other data migration tools
• Prior experience in Automotive, Aviation, or BFSI domains
• SAP certification in SD/MM
